National Geographic Society Explorer’s Symposium

Dr. Francis will attend the NGS Explorer’s Symposium at NGS headquarters. The Explorers Symposium is an annual event that convenes National Geographic Explorers from around the globe to participate in a two-day symposium that brings the excitement of the field to our headquarters. The event is a “gathering of the tribe,” a time for explorers to share their unique experiences and to network with each other as well as National Geographic staff and supporters.
